Penicillin

The childhood friends Gisho (vocals), Chisato (guitar) and O-Jiro (drums) started Penicillin in 1992. The singer was later replaced by Hakuei, and Gisho started playing the bass.

From the very beginning it was clear to these boys that Penicillin was going to be huge. They focused on touring, wearing outrageous outfits and playing quite heavy rock, which soon started to get people's attention. Their first whole album Missing Link from 1994 was a great big success, and after that the band has just grown.

Nowadays Penicillin has a huge back catalogue and their accomplishments even include Hamlet- The Rock Opera!
